Party, Party, Party…show your colours!!

I have been looking at the new pages for ‘Party Wear’ on the web, plus Vogue and Elle magazines that hit my door mat today…

It’s that time, of year.  Time to sparkle so time to go and get your dress for the Christmas Do…Be original and don’t wear BLACK.  You must admit that if I had put six pictures of black dresses my blog would look rather uninteresting.  Instead here are some fabulous jewel coloured dresses to stun with this season.

John Lewis have a great inspiration page – Ted Baker have their Midnight Hour look book  – go take a look.

I have had many a compliment made when I have worn a wonderfully colourful dress.  This green fitted dress I ordered from Coast – never had one this colour before…when it arrived I tried it on and literally said WOW!! to my reflection in the mirror!!    It gave me the confidence to walk into the event, a black tie dinner with The Richmond Chamber of Commerce, by myself.  I loved wearing it.

I am tempted by this one below from Ted Baker, with some gold accessories and shoes added.  It would make for quite an entrance – it has a cut away back too – so would make a good exit also!  Plus it is unusual and has a dramatic look which is me.

If you don’t know your colours contact me and let me do a colour analysis so that you can look stunning on your man’s arm or make your own individual entrance.

Everyone can have a fab LBD, just not always black – Burgundy, Bronze, Blue, Bright Red – and there are lots of beautifully embellished dresses(key for the season) and wonderful unique patterns.  Change your thoughts from BLACK.

This year don’t make an expensive mistake buying a dress that’s the wrong style and colour for you…that is why I am here.
